1 General Terms and Acceptance

All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. 6 User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

Players agree to use baabu88 for lawful, personal entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

8 Limitation of Liability

• baabu88 is not liable for losses arising from a player acting on incorrect information obtained from unofficial third-party sources.
• In the event of a game server error that affects the outcome of a live bet, baabu88's decision regarding the settlement of that bet is final and binding.
• baabu88's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits baabu88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
